General Provisions

This document sets out all the terms governing use of the 775bd platform.

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 775bd platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any user ("you" or "user") of all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you give your full consent to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, stop using the 775bd platform immediately and contact the support team to close your account.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. If any difference arises between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will be treated as authoritative.

1.3 Effective Date

These Terms are effective from the date of publication. 775bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; users will be notified through the platform when changes take effect.

Important: These Terms apply only to users located within Bangladesh.

Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account at 775bd.

2.1 Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use services on 775bd. The platform may request identity documents for age verification at the time of registration or at any later point. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

775bd provides services for the Bangladesh market. Users must ensure that online gaming services are not prohibited in their location. The responsibility for verifying this rests entirely with the user.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing the following accurate information is mandatory at the time of account registration:

Full legal name (as per national identity card)
Active mobile number
Date of birth (must be 21 or older)
Current address in Bangladesh

Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be cancelled.

Account Management & Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your responsibility.

3.1 Password & Access

Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 775bd support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected] and change your password.

3.2 Account Verification

Before withdrawing funds or accessing certain services, 775bd may request that an identity verification process be completed. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card or passport and proof of address documents.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. Any remaining funds may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to the withdrawal policy conditions.

Financial Transactions & Deposits

775bd supports only the major mobile banking and banking methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

775bd supports the following payment methods:

Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
Bank Transfer — Through major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Any deposit request below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

After a payment is successfully completed, funds are generally added to the account instantly or within a few minutes. If the balance is not updated within the expected time, the support team must be notified with proof of payment.

Caution: Funds once deposited cannot be refunded if they have already been wagered.

Withdrawal Policy

Below are the detailed rules from 775bd regarding withdrawal of winnings.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required during verification processes or when reviewing unusual transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be processed:

Account verification (KYC) must be complete
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled if a bonus was used
Withdrawals may only be made through the same deposit method (same bKash/Nagad/Rocket/bank account)
No active fraud investigation on the account

5.4 Withdrawal Rejection

775bd may reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: suspicion of money laundering, violation of terms, incomplete account verification, or technical issues. In such cases, the support team will notify the user.

Bonuses & Promotions

Rules applicable to receiving and using bonus offers from 775bd.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
Example 2: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10) before withdrawing.

Note: Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added to the calculation.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of the period
Winnings obtained using a bonus must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal
If bonus abuse is suspected, 775bd may cancel the bonus and suspend the account
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
Additional VIP program benefits may have their own terms

Gambling Rules

Rules applicable to using games and sports betting on the platform.

7.1 Fair Play

775bd is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). The platform does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the game screen or in the help section. In the event of a technical error during a game, that round may be considered void and the wager amount will be refunded.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, no bets will be accepted after a market has closed. If an event is cancelled, the wager amount will be refunded. 775bd reserves the right to apply its own rules for specific markets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

8.1 Fraud & Manipulation

Use of any software, bots, or automation tools
Attempting to interfere with game outcomes
Colluding secretly with other users during play
Finding and exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software

8.2 Money Laundering

Using funds from illegal sources on 775bd is completely prohibited. 775bd reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. The platform uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of financial transactions.

8.3 Other Prohibited Activities

Harassing or discriminating against other users
Infringing the platform's intellectual property
Operating an account on behalf of a third party
Creating an account using a false identity

Responsible Gambling

9.1 Player Protection

775bd reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Users will be notified through the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
